The staff at my apartment community are responsible, confident and understanding to the residents. They also check on residents that do not feel well. The apartments are well kept, clean and the office is well organized and clean. When other residents get noisy with their loud music, the staff controls the noise to a minimum. When a person walks into the office you always see a smile on the staff's face.

She handles the business end with tact & efficiency. If there is a problem or something in or around the apartment building that needs attention it is always taken care of promptly.
