Colorado Springs, CO – Griffis/Blessing, Inc. has been awarded management of Sunset Creek Apartments in Colorado Springs by nationwide asset manager Seagate Properties. Sunset Creek, located next to the University Village shopping center on North Nevada and near the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, will be managed by Griffis/Blessing's Multifamily Property Services Group, led by Senior Vice President Pat Stanforth, CPM®. District Manager Stacey Kontry and Property Manager Crystal White will be directly involved with the site.
"With the development of the University Village Shopping Center and the quality stores in the center, Sunset Creek is now one of the prime locations in the Northern Colorado Springs," says Ms. Stanforth. "Seagate’s improvements will complement the center and make Sunset Creek an even more desirable location for today’s renter."
The property will undergo several renovations, including the additions of a volleyball court, exterior fencing, and picnic areas, as well as new exterior painting, landscaping, apartment upgrades, and pool renovations. Marty Galindo and ServiceTek Construction will provide the renovation services for the property.
