Receivership / Workout Services
Griffis/Blessing has been performing receivership services for over 13 years. We have handled projects of all types from apartments and retail centers to medical office buildings, a golf course, and day care centers. Over the last seven years, William J. Hybl, Jr., President and COO of our Property Services Group, has been a Court Appointed Receiver on more than 30 different occasions for a variety of properties along Colorado’s Front Range.
