Griffis/Blessing purchases large income properties for its own portfolio in the western United States. We acquire properties that meet a basic investment criteria of value of $5 million or more, subject either to existing debt or on an all cash basis. We prefer properties in which we realize added value through timing, additional investment, re-positioning and sound management practices.
