Colorado Springs, CO – LPD II, LLC has awarded the property management contract of 1259 Lake Plaza Drive to Griffis/Blessing, Inc. The offices of Hoff & Leigh, the Colorado Springs Orthopaedic Group, Earl & Earl, and Marrow Engineering currently occupy the 42,000 square foot building.
Overseeing the day-to-day operations will be Commercial Portfolio Manager, Lisa Hammond, FMP. The other team members will include Tiffany Koschwitz, Property Accountant and Mark Fox, Service Technician.
