Cascade, LLC to manage the 22,850 square foot, medical office building at 2920 North Cascade Avenue in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Griffis/Blessing will be overseeing the commercial maintenance at the site from lighting and electrical repair to day porter services, responding to service calls, and emergency maintenance. They will also be handling all contract management and accounting services including CAM reconciliations, budgeting, vendor contracting, insurance/legal risk management, and monthly accounting reports.

The property is 100% occupied and the current tenants that call the property home are Peak Gastroenterology Associates, PC, Front Range Endoscopy Centers, LLC, and Internal Medicine Associates of Colorado Springs, PC.

Assistant Portfolio Manager, Dixie Snyder, CPM®, with assistance from Cindy Colby, Property Accountant, and Mark Fox, Service Technician, will oversee day-to-day operations.
