Mr. Davidson has worked in the real estate management industry since 1971. He has wide-ranging knowledge of all product types, has negotiated major commercial lease transactions, and has supervised property management operations in multiple locations.
Formerly managing broker and head of property management for the Colorado Springs division of a large regional commercial brokerage company, Mr. Davidson offers many years of experience managing real estate personnel and management systems as well as addressing issues pertaining to real estate construction and leasing. A ten-year employment stint with Prudential Insurance Company enabled Mr. Davidson to develop relationships with a variety of institutional clients and to understand how major holders of real estate deal with ever-changing real estate cycles.
Mr. Davidson earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation in 1980. He is a 1969 graduate of the University of New Mexico and attended the Army’s Officer Candidate School. He is a past president of the local Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) chapter, has served on various citizen committees for the City of Colorado Springs, is active with the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors, and is actively involved with the Cadet Sponsorship program at the Uniter States Air Force Academy.
