COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Ventus CO, LLC has tabbed Griffis/Blessing as property manager for the 39,842-square foot retail center, located in the former Lincoln Elementary School, at 2727 N. Cascade Ave. Lincoln Center is home to 14 tenants including Goat Patch Brewing Company, CrossFit SOCO, Peak Commercial Properties, Rocky Mountain Women’s Film Institute, Lincoln St. Barbers, Building3 Coffee Roasters, Nightingale Bread Shop, and The Distinctive Group Realtors.
The day-to-day operations of the property will be handled by the Commercial Services team of Portfolio Manager Liz Seeger, RPA, LEED AP, Management Assistant Cortney Brunner, and Property Accountant Andria Hecker.
