to manage the over 48,000 square foot Plaza 3500. It is centrally located along the busy corridor in Colorado Springs on the Northwest corner of Academy Blvd. and North Carefree Circle. The shopping center is currently occupied by Taste of Phily, Bad Axe Throwing, The Social, and JD Vigil Home Services.
