For over 25 years, Griffis/Blessing has provided construction services along the Front Range through its in-house Construction Services Group. As a result of utilizing qualified subcontractors and vendors, the Construction Services Group has been able to provide high-quality construction services that consistently finish on schedule and within budget. The Construction Services Group, led by a licensed Colorado Class A General Contractor, offers not only general contracting services, but also construction management and due diligence consulting and budgeting. We build, remodel and renovate office, healthcare, retail, government, industrial warehouse, multifamily and affordable housing space.
On time and on budget is a goal that is consistently achieved by our Construction Services Group; the group works closely on budget, plan review and job site inspections, therefore producing consistent results.
