New Construction & Lease-Ups

We have been integral in the development and lease up of over 30 communities since 2005, which have broken local records for shortest lease up times in the Colorado Springs market. We are currently leasing-up 5 communities with several more in the pipeline along the Front Range.

Due Diligence & Takeovers

We provide our expertise with the acquisition of stabilized properties, in which we were able to put systems and training in place to improve the occupancy, reputation and NOI growth for our owners. Our experience in planning renovations is far superior than our competitors as we are extremely successful in helping our owners with value-add communities determine the most advantageous plan for the community.

Staffing & Training

Boots on the Ground Approach – Regional Managers visit communities a minimum of bi-weekly for inspections; also host team calls to review concerns or updates
