Colorado Springs, CO – Griffis/Blessing has been awarded the property management assignment of Tri-Peak Plaza Shopping Center at 3805 – 3881 E. Pikes Peak Avenue for BFM Azusa Property, LLC. The 46,353 square foot retail center is home to Baskin Robbins, 7-11, Boost Mobile, Popeye’s and Woody’s Bar & Grill.
The property management team overseeing the day-to-day operations will be head by Commercial Portfolio Manager, Suzan Parra with the assistance of Carrie Lanning, Management Assistant, Tiffany Koschwitz, Property Accountant and Mark Fox, Service Technician.
