Colorado Springs, CO – Griffis/Blessing has been selected to manage the Westside Plaza by owner Sun Uintah Properties, LLC. The 21,712 square foot shopping center is located at 1915 – 1973 West Uintah Street and is home to nine tenants including American Lock & Key, Blackjack Pizza, Liberty Tax Services, Earth Pig Music and American Family Mutual.
Suzan Parra, Portfolio Manager, will oversee the day-to-day operations of the property with the assistance of Carrie Lanning, Management Assistant, Jim Leach, Maintenance Technician, and Tiffany Koschwitz, Property Accountant.
